Well this is week 2 and let me just say I'm starting to feel sluggish. I'm starting to feel like I want to give up. I haven't though. I've done my work outs 8 days in a row beacuse I got my kit and started a day late. I skipped the first rest day to catch up with the other girls. I did it and yes I'm sore but I am so looking forward to my "rest" day tomorrow. Another good thing is I lost 5 pounds in only 1 week!!! I have been great on the eating and water drinking though. I cheated once this weekend and had a Coke Zero but that's better than the ice cream I would have rather eaten lol!
I can honestly say, this group I'm in is amazing! They all make sure we are successful and never give up! My work out buddy Clarissa is god's gift to me during the challenge. She texts me throughout the day and every morning at 5am to make sure I am up and getting my work out in! This is the best thing I've ever decided to do in my life! I can't wait to see my results at the end of 90 days!!!
