Day 1 of 90
Yesterday was the first day of Turbofire for me. It was a lot of fun! I had to press pause quiet a bit after about 10 mins into the work out. That's ok though, I still pushed through and finished it. I love Chalene ( the girl on Turbofire), she is so inspiring and motivating! We have surround sound at home so i turned it on and cranked it up while I was working out. Throughout the DVD she plays pumped up music that makes you want to get down to business! I did really good on my eating. I had to skip shakeology because I didn't get it till later. I made these egg muffins my body coach Marlena gave us the recipe and the were pretty good. I had a grilled chicken wrap for lunch with feta cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and hummus. For dinner I had chicken fajitas with onions, bell peppers and mushrooms I sauteed. All my snacks were an apple, grapes and a cheese stick. I didn't drink anything but WATER! This is such a change for me. I'm eating things I've never eaten or wouldn't even try before. The thing about it is, I love it! The food is so good and makes me feel great! I have so much more energy! I can't wait for my second day of Turbofire when I get home!
