Week 2

Well this is week 2 and let me just say I'm starting to feel sluggish. I'm starting to feel like I want to give up. I haven't though. I've done my work outs 8 days in a row beacuse I got my kit and started a day late. I skipped the first rest day to catch up with the other girls. I did it and yes I'm sore but I am so looking forward to my "rest" day tomorrow. Another good thing is I lost 5 pounds in only 1 week!!! I have been great on the eating and water drinking though. I cheated once this weekend and had a Coke Zero but that's better than the ice cream I would have rather eaten lol!

I can honestly say, this group I'm in is amazing! They all make sure we are successful and never give up! My work out buddy Clarissa is god's gift to me during the challenge. She texts me throughout the day and every morning at 5am to make sure I am up and getting my work out in! This is the best thing I've ever decided to do in my life! I can't wait to see my results at the end of 90 days!!!

Week 1

I'm one day away from completing my first week of Turbofire! I'm having so much fun and feel great! I have followed my meal plans every day and pushed myself to finish my workouts. On the first few days I'd press pause quiet a bit but now I can happily say I did not press pause even once today! I killed the workout! My 2 year old daughter is my motivation. She does it with me then tells me she is so proud of me when I'm done! It feels so good to hear her say that! I'm doing this challenge to be happier in my own skin and healthy for my family! Day 1 of 90

Yesterday was the first day of Turbofire for me. It was a lot of fun! I had to press pause quiet a bit after about 10 mins into the work out. That's ok though, I still pushed through and finished it. I love Chalene ( the girl on Turbofire), she is so inspiring and motivating! We have surround sound at home so i turned it on and cranked it up while I was working out. Throughout the DVD she plays pumped up music that makes you want to get down to business! I did really good on my eating. I had to skip shakeology because I didn't get it till later. I made these egg muffins my body coach Marlena gave us the recipe and the were pretty good. I had a grilled chicken wrap for lunch with feta cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and hummus. For dinner I had chicken fajitas with onions, bell peppers and mushrooms I sauteed. All my snacks were an apple, grapes and a cheese stick. I didn't drink anything but WATER! This is such a change for me. I'm eating things I've never eaten or wouldn't even try before. The thing about it is, I love it! The food is so good and makes me feel great! I have so much more energy! I can't wait for my second day of Turbofire when I get home!

Hey!

I've never done the whole blogging thing before but here I go! My computer is out of commission so I'm doing this all on my iPad. I have a 2 year old daughter and engaged to her daddy. I just recently bought a house in October of 2012. I work as a dental assistant full time and sell Mary Kay part time. I live in Texas. I am doing Turbofire challenge along with shakeology drinks to loose at least 50 pounds. I've become a part of an online support group and I'm so excited for all of us to succeed with this challenge.
